What i've been up to !

i've lost 35 lbs since 1-1-11

breakfast- a yummy green smoothie
my favorite- spinach-pineapple-strawberries
and coconut water

lunch- shakeology with banana and pb2
that's my fav recipe

dinner-healthy- focusing on whole foods

workouts-5x a week with some really
awesome dvds

and now .....
i've teamed up with about a dozen
nutrtition and fitness experts to host
an accountability challenge during july.
meal planning ideas, daily check ins,
advice and motivation included, as well as
free workorkout dvds and cool prizes
given intermittently though out the
challenge. comment below if you'd like

i do so much better if i have someone
holding me accountable for my fitness
