Every Monday Matters

Eat Healthy
1. consult your doctor
2. everyone is different but here are some ideas to help:
*eat fewer foods w/ refined grains and sugar
*reduce fatty foods
*eat smaller portions
*eat more dark green veggies, fruits, whole grains,
low fat milk and lean meats
*eat slowly so you feel full before you over eat
*eat at close to the same time every day
*drink lots of water
* limit snacking
3. eat to live---don’t live to eat

Do it for yourself and for those who live you
just start….. One day at a time…
